You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for either an exchange, store credit or a refund. The only exception is our Weighted Blankets that can't be returned because of hygiene reasons.

All returns or exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
• Your return must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of your orders delivery day.
• All return postage fees are covered by the customer.
• Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be actioned. You will receive an email as soon as this has been processed.
• We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number to ensure a record of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing without proof of delivery.
Product Condition:
• The product must be returned in a brand new, clean and saleable condition with all original packaging.
• Red Light Therapy products must be returned in the original packaging the item was delivered which includes the outer shipping box. Please ensure all accessories are also returned. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the return being rejected.
• Glasses received with fingerprints, makeup or dirt will be either rejected, or a $15 cleaning fee will be deducted from your return.
• Glasses returned to us without all original packaging, will be rejected.
• Please do not include the cloth in your return if it has been opened or used (no penalties will apply).
Exchanges:
• We understand that the fit or style isn’t always going to be right so we will happily help you exchange your glasses for your perfect pair!
• We will ship your exchange to you for FREE (AU customers only). On second exchanges for a single order, an $9.95 shipping fee is payable.
• Customers outside Australia are required to pay shipping on an exchange.
• If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, we will action (refund or invoice) the $ difference at the time we process your exchange.
• If you return your exchanged order for a refund, an $8.95 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit:
• Your store credit details will be emailed to you upon the processing of your return.
• Store credits are available for 3 years from the date of issue.
Refunds:
• If you don’t love your product, you can send them back for a refund - unless on sale.
• For Baxter's that are purchased with a BUNDLE code, the refund will result in a reduced or removed discount depending on the bundle offer. This includes BOGO sale items.
• Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
• Sale items are non-refundable, but you are welcome to return for a store credit. Sale items include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and clearance sales where the product price is marked down or a discount code is used.
• No price adjustments can be made on your order, if your order is placed before a sale.
• If you return your exchanged item for a refund, an $8.95 service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Returns:
• International customers please contact hello@baxterblue.com.au to arrange your return.
Sale items:
• Sale/discounted items are non refundable, but you are welcome to return for a store credit.
• Sale prices are FINAL – A price cannot be adjusted after an order has been placed.
• No price adjustments can be made on your order if your order is placed before or in-between sales.
*Orders placed with discount codes(except Black Friday sales) are not considered “sale items” and are eligible for a refund*
RTS Parcels:
• If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery at $10.
• Any customers who return an order with the parcel marked as “Return to Sender”, will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their return.
