The Ultimate Sleep Bundle

The bundle description doesn’t say you need a microwave for the heat pack. I sent a message asking for an alternate heat method but didn’t get a response so called. I was told they show heating instructions on the product description. The issue is it doesn’t say microwave is the only way to heat it & it doesn’t show instructions on the bundle listing. I’m shocked a company who’s supposed premise is supporting people’s health, in particular around EMFs would encourage people to use microwaves. Microwaves are a terrible contributor to EMF & as they age can be a serious hazard. I’m a building biologist & nutritionist & would never recommend using a microwave unless absolutely necessary. I was advised I could return it at my cost & get a $31 refund. When I calculated what the refund should be based on a percentage of each items full price the refund should be $51.43. I would not recommend the heat pack or purchasing from the company as it appears what they say is marketing & not genuine.
