Take a moment for yourself and try to take a break from your screen. Simply place your Heated Neck Wrap in its protective bag and place it In the microwave for 30-60 seconds depending on your heating preference. Once heated, carefully remove it from the microwave and use your hand to check the temperature before placing it around your neck and shoulders.
